Personalized Programs are designed to meet your needs specifically by collaborating with one of our trainers. This option is great for those of you that have needs or goals that aren’t met by our current 28 Day Challenges. Some of the reasons to consider this option: You have an injury/ailment that you need to work around, You are training for a specific sport, You want a program that has more or longer workouts, ect.

Personalized programs also include additional access to the trainer throughout the duration of your program
